Approximately a year ago, I had a knee injury. Serious enough to hurt and affect my stability, but not serious enough to justify a surgery. After a lot of physio, physicial activity, and strength training it looks like i might be able to avoid the surgery after all. of course, i really shouldn’t do any quick pivoting sports or spring sports like soccer or basketball. That’s okay though. just glad i don’t have to deal with a year of doing physio after surgery and being out of commission for a year.

i can still run, swim, bike, and even go down stairs without feeling my knee give a little. Heck I climbed a mountain, and even did a cycling tour in another country. gotta be careful though, next time, it could be serious.
