Riu Paradise Island Nassau Bahamas Review
The interior of the hotel lobby is grand with beautiful circular chairs, and a bar. The building is tall, rectangular and taken over from a previous hotel chain. The
The buffet restaurant is nice because there is a patio that surrounds the restaurant facing the ocean and swimming pool. The Riu staff are friendly and tried to encourage participation in activities such as bingo, karaoke, and pool aerobics.
If you’re interested in visiting Nassau, there are boats that take 20 minutes to cross from Paradise Island. From Riu Paradise Island to the boat port will take about 15 minutes.
- Location: 5/5 Best location to be close to Atlantis Resort and Nassau Bahamas
- Food: 4.5/5 The quality of food is high, and the a la carte restaurants are worth going to. The only drawback is that there is usually a line up early morning to book reservations for the a la carte restaurants.
- Resort: 4/5 The resort is clean, but in terms of ammenities it pales in comparison to other Riu Palaces and Atlantis. It has one pool, which I can picture being overrun during busy season.
- Value 4.5/5 Would I book it again? Yes
Overall the Riu Paradise Island is a great resort for someone who wants an all-inclusive option and wants to be near Atlantis.
